1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quizwaala ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Quizwaala is an online learning and rewards platform designed to help students build skills, take quizzes, and earn rewards. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Users must be at least 6 years old to use the Platform
• Users under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian consent
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors' usage

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
• One account per student. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty (sharing answers, using proxy services, etc.)
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Spam, phishing, or attempts to compromise other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create (answers, vision board entries, etc.). By posting content on the Platform, you grant Quizwaala a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for Platform operation, improvement, and analytics.

All quiz questions, explanations, course materials, design, and features are owned by Quizwaala or our content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without explicit written permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways
• All transactions are final. Payment details are securely encrypted
• By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method
• We are not responsible for declined or failed transactions due to bank/issuer actions

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
• Refunds are processed only for payment errors or unauthorized transactions
• Completed quiz attempts or earned rewards are non-refundable
• Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account

6. Rewards & Prizes

• Rewards are earned based on quiz performance, points, and group participation
• Reward redemption requires complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details)
• Quizwaala reserves the right to adjust rewards or change reward catalog without notice
• Prize winners are selected based on predefined criteria (points, rank, etc.)
• If you engage in cheating or fraudulent activity, you forfeit all earned rewards
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except as stated in contests)
• Redemption processing takes 7-30 days depending on courier and destination

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS-IS" basis without warranties of any kind. Quizwaala does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizwaala is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost data, lost profits, etc.)
• Service interruptions, bugs, or technical failures
• Third-party content or links on the Platform
• Academic outcomes or grades achieved using the Platform
• Disputes between users or group members

8. Termination

Quizwaala may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in cheating, fraud, or illegal activity
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay outstanding fees or charges
• Remain inactive for 12+ months

Upon termination, your account data may be deleted, and you forfeit access to the Platform and earned rewards.

9. Changes to These Terms

Quizwaala reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of major changes via email or in-app notification.
